Make sure to catch Lauren Daigle on CBS Sunday night as she shares the stage with country music legend Reba McEntire at the ACM Awards.

Fact: Lauren Daigle has got some serious talent! Anyone who's heard her sing can attest to that. On Sunday night, she'll be sharing her gifts on national television alongside celebrated country music legend Reba McEntire. They'll be performing McEntire's single "Back to God" at the Academy of Country Music Awards. The song's powerful message seems like a perfect fit for Lauren. Check out the lyrics to the chorus below:
You gotta get down on your knees, believe / Fold your hands and beg and plead / You gotta keep on praying / You gotta cry, ram tears of pain / Pound the floor and scream His name / Cause we're still worth saving / We can't go on like this and live like this / We can't love like this / We gotta give this world back to God.
Have you lost a love? / Do you feel like givn' up? / Has your heart been broken? / Are your kids okay? Will they come home safe? / And do you he there hoping? / You can make a wish, you knock on wood / It won't do no good / Gotta give this world back to God / Give this world back to God.

You can catch the 52nd ACM Awards Sunday night at 8/7c on CBS. If you plan on watching, make sure to hit Lauren up on Facebook or Twitter and let her know. We love you, Lauren! Break a leg!

Little kids have such amazing imaginations! They can turn the most boring piece of discarded junk into something awesome. Grownups may see an old water heater but she sees a robot worthy of "wuv".

If you've got kids, you're likely already aware of the slime-making craze. Kids across the country are mixing up their own squishy goo to play with using just a handful of readily available ingredients. It's fun, easy, and encourages kids to use their hands for something other than swiping and tapping a tablet or phone. WPRI 12 has a really good overview on the trend...

Sounds fairly harmless, right? Well, that's what makes this case so baffling. A girl in Massachusetts was left with second and third-degree burns recently after extended contact with a key ingredient in making slime: Borax. KABC-TV 7 and Consumer Reports took a closer look at the hazards associated with working with the laundry aisle chemical...

Older children and adults should avoid direct contact with the eyes and make sure to wash their hands after making and playing with the slime.

As a reminder, it is always a good idea to store household cleaning and laundry products out of reach of children. If Borax does somehow come into contact with a child's eyes, be sure to rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

In case of accidental ingestion, call the Poison Control Center or seek immediate medical attention.

Basically, it seems like following a slime-making recipe containing Borax can pose some risks but, as long as you and the kiddos are careful, you'll probably be alright. If you're just not convinced, maybe you can mix up some dough in the kitchen instead. You'll be able to make a mess, get your hands into something (somewhat) squishy, and teach kids about bread-making. I've never tried this recipe, but it looks like it could be a lot of fun!

The problem is that 108 is India's 911 equivalent and iPhones automatically direct those calls to local emergency services. According to WGNTV, police departments throughout the country are warning folks not to fall for the ruse which can keep legitimate emergency calls from being fielded... which is extremely uncool.

Let's face it. Life as a baby is tough...
Teething, not being able to talk, pooping yourself... it can get to be too much. Sometimes a baby just has to relax. That's what Baby Spa in Perth, Australia hopes to help them do.
From their website:
Baby Spa Perth is a sanctuary for babies (newborn to six months) and their parents, offering unique hydrotherapy sessions, baby massage and support.
Sounds like just the thing for the modern on-the-go baby who just needs unwind after a stressful day(?) But seriously, this spa looks pretty awesome and the little ones seem to enjoy it. Just check out the pic below. SO cute!
Would you take your baby to a spa if one were to open up shop in our neck of the woods? Let us know on Facebook!

It's true! A high school in Illinois has actually been doing this since the twenties and it's become a beloved tradition.
This is Aquin's 91st prom draw. Here's how it works: the boys drew the names of girls at random in the library while the girls waited for them in the gym.
Then the boys came out and performed a skit before they revealed who their date is. It's a tradition, the school says, is about bonding with classmates.

Even though it's got to be awkward for couples who'll likely not be paired up, it can also foster class comraderie. What do you think? Should more schools follow Aquin High School's lead? Let us know on Facebook!
